Project DescriptionThe Mnemosyne project addresses the organization and sharing of personal memory documents in a digital environment. The project has involved building an online system and carrying out research on related topics. The Mnemosyne system allows people to manage personal memory documents, such as photos or text files, and create sharable memory books. The system explores the idea of collaborative scrapbooking by allowing multiple users to create an album together. Our research topics will explore a variety of subjects as they apply to our project. These may include studies in anthropology and art history.
